The Washington Student Cycling League (WSCL) fall season registration is open!
Below is the current calendar of events/races for the fall.
August 27th – WSCL Registration closes. Get registered if you haven’t already!
September 5th – team practices start for the fall season. Practices will be Tuesdays the Thursdays with optional weekend rides.
September 9th – optional CX Cyclocross clinic to be held with Terry Buchanan in conjunction with Team Booger. This will be a fun way to learn about CX and give the kids who are joining up with Booger a chance to practice some CX before heading to Seattle to try a race this fall.
September 17th – Port Gamble Race (WSCL)
September 23rd – MFG Star Crossed CX Race (Booger)
October 8th – Squilchuck Race. (WSCL)
October 22nd – CX race possiblilty (Booger)
Parents, coaches and kids, get out there and pedal those bikes! Early morings and evenings are a great time to get some time in on your bike during this hot weather. If the trails are too dusty for you, grab some time on a road, gravel or paved.
