I have the pleasure of announcing that we have an incredible opportunity to participate in free Winter Strength and Conditioning Classes at the Liberty Bell High School weight room with coach Jason Jablonski. This is an opportunity that should not be missed. Jason is currently the High Performance Director for the Bear National Team and we are incredibly lucky to have him offering his expertise to us.
The Strength and Conditioning Classes will be held in the high school weight room from 7-8am Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
of each week. The class schedule will follow the school closure schedule. The classes will start this coming Tuesday November 14th.
Tuesdays and Thursdays will be spin classes on the weight room spin bikes. Be ready to ride at 7am.
Jason will guide us through warm ups, work outs and cool downs.
Wednesday will focus on building strength with weight lifting with a specific focus for cyclist. This is not to be missed!!!!
I hope to see many of you at these work outs. Come check out the classes and see what a winter strength and conditioning routine looks like for a dedicated cyclist!

PS: We will be opening the team uniform store again this coming February. I am interested to hear what our riders liked and disliked about the current kits that we bought. What could we change? What could be done better? What could be added? A cold weather thermal kit? Ask your riders and let me know some feedback.
